Responsibilities- Evaluating and treating patients aged 6 months and older
- Performing minor procedures
- Physicals, vaccinations
- Interpreting labs and x-rays
- Board certification or eligibility
- Active TN license
- DEA
- ACLS
- CAQH registration
- Willingness to obtain DOT certification
