Job Title

Registered Nurse - RN PACU (Full Time)

Monday‑Friday, variable day shift with assigned late days. No holidays, nights, or call.

• PACU nurses are responsible for overseeing vital signs, changing bandages, and administering necessary medications.
• Educating families and patients about home‑care instructions.
• Managing respiratory instability and cardiac monitoring activities.
• Assessing patient’s condition after surgery to ensure all vital signs are within range.
• Accurately and completely recording all findings in patient chart.
• Developing individualized care plans based on patient’s condition.
• Monitoring patient’s condition changes and reporting to healthcare team.
• Performing intervention duties in the case of post‑operative emergencies.
• Recording sedation levels and body temperatures.
• Ensuring the post‑operative space is clean and sanitized.
• Performing other duties as requested.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in PACU or critical care equivalent area.
