Job Description:

MT Pain & Injury Centers is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing pain and injury management practice. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute and chronic pain related to injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and accidents. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, team-oriented, and passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical exams.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans for pain and injury-related conditions.
  • Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery, and prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and office staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Tennessee.
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification preferred (Adult-Gerontology NP will be considered).
  • Active RN license.
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, injury care, or related fields preferred.
  • New graduates with strong clinical training may be considered.
