• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
