Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Responsibilities
  • Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
  • Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners, including medication administration and IV therapy if certified.
  • Collaborate on controlled substance counts, ensure safety protocols, and respond to codes or medical emergencies.
  • Assist in medical and minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and document all nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
  • Attend mandatory staff meetings, training sessions, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinic experience (preferred).
  • Current licensure as an LPN (or Licensed Vocational Nurse) in the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification.
