We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a leading value‑based care organization in Memphis, TN
. This role is in‑clinic, allowing you to deliver truly comprehensive, patient‑centered care while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule.

• Base Salary: $120K–$152K (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus Eligible: Annual performance bonus program
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, no evenings, weekends, or on‑call
• Mission‑Driven: Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and improving quality of life for adult and senior patients

• Conduct health assessments and preventive care visits within established clinical guidelines
• Manage acute and chronic conditions through evidence‑based treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to develop coordinated care plans
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to guide care decisions
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with scope and regulations
• Provide education and empowerment to help patients proactively manage their health

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current and unrestricted RN and NP licenses in Tennessee
• DEA license preferred
• Passion for patient‑centered, value‑based healthcare
