A leading nonprofit organization in Memphis, TN is seeking an Operations Manager to support community engagement through supervision, quality control, and sales support. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in exercise science or equivalent experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to the organization's mission. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, member engagement, and staff supervision. Certification in CPR and a strong customer service ethos are preferred.
