About the job Marketing and Sales Associate
Were excited to announce an opportunity for a Marketing & Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic hatchery team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, customer engagement, and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee content creation for newsletters, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Handle website updates, including managing reviews and testimonials.
- Coordinate magazine ads and other marketing initiatives.
- Assist with customer service during peak seasons.
- Organize and promote customer engagement contests.
- Develop strategies to encourage customer reviews and feedback.
- Manage the creation of the annual product catalog.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
Experience in marketing and customer service is required
, and familiarity with the hatchery or agriculture industry is a plus!
