Maintenance Mechanic

Job Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and help ensure our production operations run smoothly and safely.

Comp: $34.65/HR + shift differential (after 40 work days bumps up to $35.15)

Shift: 4pm - 4am / Days: 3 on 3 off, 4 on 4 off - repeat

• Perform setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and conduct scheduled maintenance during downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete maintenance tasks.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Maintain facility equipment, including basic carpentry and plumbing work.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards.
• Support food safety and product quality initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with high-speed production or packaging equipment strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with GMPs, OSHA safety standards, and food manufacturing requirements a plus.

Location: Greater Memphis, TN area

Local only - Memphis, TN (AR, MS, TN - all w/in 40+ miles)
