Description Position at Empire Packing
JBS is seeking an hourly PRODUCTION Team Member! Position starts at $18.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general labor requiring physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.
- Maintain focus on assigned tasks without distractions.
- Operate heavy machinery safely.
- Support other areas with labor as needed.
- Arrive on time, work as directed, and stay until work is completed or instructed otherwise by supervisor or manager. Overtime may be scheduled and required.
- Identify and report safety concerns or hazards.
- Be well-organized with attention to detail.
- Display a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Be adaptable, dependable, and able to follow directions and cooperate with others.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Additional qualifications as needed.
Work Environment
The work environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures for most of the shift. Use of sharp tools such as knives may be required.
