- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy across all stock locations.
- Investigate count variances, perform stock adjustments, and prepare detailed reports for leadership review.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and identify inventory trends, recurring errors, and root causes.
- Develop and maintain cycle count logs, variance reports, and corrective action plans.
- Issue parts and supplies upon request to site personnel.
- Use SAP or similar inventory systems to issue parts, update bin locations, and record adjustments.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify against packing slips or purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
- Stock inventory in assigned locations with attention to accuracy and organization.
- Routinely replenish point-of-use (POU) consumables.
- Communicate with stakeholders via professional, detailed email updates, ensuring proper etiquette and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and support operational improvements.
- Maintain compliance with all company and site-specific safety protocols.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution setting
- 3+ years of sit-down forklift operation experience
- Knowledge of MRO, maintenance, and industrial parts preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to professionalism and responsiveness
- Computer-savvy; proficient in inventory systems and general computer applications
- Demonstrated ability to follow proper email etiquette and written communication standards
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory software is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- High school diploma or GED required
- Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs - Work Environment:
Industrial setting with potential exposure to heat, dust, moderate noise, and outdoor elements - Shift

7am - 3:30pm - Certifications:
Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain - Overtime:
May be required depending on business needs
