Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy across all stock locations.
  • Investigate count variances, perform stock adjustments, and prepare detailed reports for leadership review.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and identify inventory trends, recurring errors, and root causes.
  • Develop and maintain cycle count logs, variance reports, and corrective action plans.
  • Issue parts and supplies upon request to site personnel.
  • Use SAP or similar inventory systems to issue parts, update bin locations, and record adjustments.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify against packing slips or purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
  • Stock inventory in assigned locations with attention to accuracy and organization.
  • Routinely replenish point-of-use (POU) consumables.
  • Communicate with stakeholders via professional, detailed email updates, ensuring proper etiquette and clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and support operational improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with all company and site-specific safety protocols.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution setting
  • 3+ years of sit-down forklift operation experience
  • Knowledge of MRO, maintenance, and industrial parts preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to professionalism and responsiveness
  • Computer-savvy; proficient in inventory systems and general computer applications
  • Demonstrated ability to follow proper email etiquette and written communication standards
  • Experience with SAP or similar inventory software is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • High school diploma or GED required
Additional Information
  • Physical Requirements:

    Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Work Environment:
    Industrial setting with potential exposure to heat, dust, moderate noise, and outdoor elements
  • Shift

    Hours:

    7am - 3:30pm
  • Certifications:

    Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Overtime:
    May be required depending on business needs
