Production Supervisor Memphis (7am-3pm Shift)

Are you ready to lead a team where your work truly makes an impact? Were looking for a Production Supervisor to manage a manufacturing shift in Memphis. In this role, youll oversee a team of approximately 20 employees, ensuring products are produced efficiently, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.

You will handle standard supervisory responsibilities including onboarding and training new staff, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining productivity across the shift. The position is full-time with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
.

• Oversee a team of approximately 20 employees on the Memphis shift, ensuring products are produced efficiently and on schedule.
• Lead onboarding and training of new staff and manage day-to-day operations for the shift.
• Maintain productivity across the shift and ensure high-quality standards in production.

• 2-year Associate Degree (or enrollment in a program)
• 35 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Experience managing production lines in a manufacturing environment
• Schedule:
  
  7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (full-time)
