) is looking for a Production Associate who will be responsible for safely, accurately, and productively performing assigned job functions in the Brake Relining Center (BRC).

• Inspect power industrial equipment (PIE) before operation
• Handle machinery that cleans the lining of the brake shoe
• Clean the grime and rust off the brake shoe before placing in washer
• Inspect the lining of the brake shoe once washed
• Complete assigned tasks accurately in a timely manner
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required
• Two years of experience in a remanufacturing facility
• Attention to detail with good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a production environment that’s loud and greasy
• Ability to stand for long periods of time lifting up to 40 lbs. repeatedly

• The work is active. Typically, the associate will lift, pull and move heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50 lbs. The associate will also have to do the following throughout the day: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, and pushing

• While performing the primary duties of the job, the associate will be regularly exposed to dirt, dust, fumes, and noise and temperature variances.
