* Essential Functions:

*** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
** Inspect incoming parts.
* Rack and/or hang parts.
* Ensure proper application of powder coat technique and product quality.
* Machine set up and operations.  Adjust equipment to ensure correct paint application paths and material application thicknesses.
* Inspect completed parts.
* Wrap completed parts when necessary.
* Perform daily preventative maintenance, to include the cleaning of paint booths, spray guns and lines, etc.
* Maintain clean and organized work area.

* Qualifications:

*** High School/GED equivalent
* 1-year experience with hand spray and powder paint operation preferred but not required
* Reliable, dependable and on-time to work
* Strong attention to detail
* Work in safe manner
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Self-Starter, ability to work with little supervision
* Dependable transportation
* Teamwork environment
** Work Environment:
** Manufacturing warehouse facility with exposure to dust, heat, airborne particles.  Safety and PPE is required.
