The Warehouse Inventory Manager oversees daily warehouse operations and ensures efficient, accurate inventory control. This role is hands‑on and requires a strong leader with deep experience in warehouse processes, shipping/receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and effectively leads warehouse staff to meet operational goals.

Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations and workflow coordination.

Manage all shipping and receiving functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Optimize inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels.

Maintain inventory accuracy target of 5%.

Perform and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory audits per company guidelines.

Investigate and resolve inventory variances by addressing root causes, not simply making adjustments.

Partner with accounting on inventory reconciliation and month-end close activities.

Report key inventory and operational KPIs, including shrinkage, adjustments, backorder impact, and fill rate.

Maintain accurate bin location control for high‑SKU, small‑component inventory (capacitors, belts, contractors, pressure switches, etc.).

Stage materials for customer pickup and jobsite delivery, or oversee team members responsible for staging.

Lead space utilization planning to ensure efficient layout, storage, and material flow.

Ensure all warehouse activities follow required safety compliance standards.

Manage vendor freight claims and coordinate resolution processes.

Lead, monitor, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance.

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Handle shipments of pallets and small packages using UPS World Ship or similar software.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Travel as needed to support operations at additional warehouse sites.
