Restaurant Manager EXPERIENCED

Position Overview

Restaurant Manager orts to General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Supports all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure highest level of customer service, efficient business performance, and positive work environment for all employees. Manages resources and ensures compliance with all operational standards and regulations.

• Operational Management:
  Support GM and AGM on day-to-day operations, manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, and storage, ensure food quality and service standards, maintain building, equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
• Financial Management:
  Assist in managing labor, cost of goods, overall budget, monitor financial performance, prepare financial reports for leadership team.
• Staff Management:
  Communicate policies, recruit, hire, train, supervise staff, coach/mentor employees, ensure safe and harassment-free environment, resolve staff conflicts, manage scheduling to meet labor budget.
• Customer Service:
  Provide exceptional customer service, address guest complaints, monitor feedback and support GM for improvements, maintain welcoming atmosphere.
• Marketing and Promotion:
  Work with GM, AGM, and Marketing Team to develop marketing strategies, execute promotional events and special offers.
• Compliance and Regulations:
  Ensure compliance with labor laws and health codes, uphold safety, sanitation, security standards, enforce company policies and procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant experience with leadership capacity in high-volume full-service concept.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, excellent interpersonal, listening, communication skills.
• Excellent problem resolution/guest recovery skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient basic computer technology (POS systems, Microsoft Office).
• Serv Safe certified.
• Commitment to serving others in community, integrity and respect.
