Assistant Service Manager

For nearly 40 years, our Service Department has been led by the same Service Manager, a rare and meaningful achievement in today’s automotive industry. His leadership, integrity, and commitment to both customers and employees have shaped the culture of our store and set a standard we are proud of.

As he begins planning for a well-earned retirement, we are taking a thoughtful, intentional approach to succession. Rather than rushing a replacement, we are creating an Assistant Service Manager role designed specifically for mentorship, knowledge transfer, and long-term leadership development.

This position offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from a seasoned Service Manager with decades of experience, while gradually assuming operational leadership of the department.

We are looking for:

• Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager roles (dealer or independent)
• High-performing Service Advisors ready for leadership
• Fixed Operations professionals (Service, Parts, Warranty, Dispatch)
• Independent or fleet service management backgrounds
