Location Memphis, TN Purpose
Strategic partner within OD/TM and for global HR to enhance the organization’s workforce capabilities, align learning initiatives with business goals and drive leadership and organizational effectiveness. Ensures that the organization’s learning and development efforts are strategic, effective, and aligned with its global business needs. Leads L&D initiatives, with a heavy focus on Leadership Development and, when required, contributes to broader TM/OD initiatives related to culture, engagement and organizational development to strengthen overall impact.
This is a hybrid role
, following Sylvamo’s work‑flex schedule ( 3+ days onsite in office ).
- Leads the Global L&D Strategy and Governance

- Ensures local/regional programs are aligned with the global strategy and framework, processes, programs, and initiatives.
