Overview
We have an opening for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
Location:
3292 E Holmes Road, Memphis, TN 38118.
Note:

Schedule:
Full time schedule;
Sunday - Wednesday, 7:00 pm - 5:30 am. More details upon interview.
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
