Overview

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious property management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, with offices throughout Northern and Southern California, Colorado, and Idaho. Since 1982, we have led the way in providing superior customer care for our clients in planned-unit developments, condos, mixed-use, commercial, new project developments, large-scale onsite communities, and master-planned community associations. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Community Association Manager to join our Inland Empire office with opportunities for continuous growth and development.

Position
:
Senior Community Association Manager

Responsibilities
  • Meet with Associations 1-2 times per week onsite.
  • Manage and assist in special projects and oversee a portfolio of community associations.
  • Provide leadership and consulting to clients on best practices in management and oversight of their communities.
  • Plan and run monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual Board Meetings.
  • Collaborate with Boards of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners across the communities.
  • Update association communications and ensure information is current on bulletin boards and the website.
  • Prepare association newsletters and other communications as required.
  • Develop budgets and manage financials; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
  • Partner with the Board of Directors and internal departments to introduce and integrate new programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Participate in management training and emergency phone/in-house coverage as needed.
  • Provide exceptional support to a high-volume, high-demand client base with complex operations and amenities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends.
  • Attend required training and mandatory meetings and adhere to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • CAI or CACM designation preferred.
  • Must obtain a passing score on the Keystone Senior CAM test.
  • Must have a valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation; ability to drive to and from communities.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer service; strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; comprehensive industry knowledge.
  • Ability to maintain a substantial office presence and pass a background check; verifiable references.
  • 2 to 4 years working in a Community Association Management role; CMCA designation preferred;
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
    High School Diploma or GED required.
