Program Manager

Ministry Overview:

LaMoine Christian Service Camp is focused on providing a Christian
camping environment that challenges youth and adults to love and serve
Christ. Our goal is to provide enriching experiences through diverse
programming aimed to nurture faith and community through our
year-round activities, fostering a welcoming environment for campers,
staff, and volunteers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the programming staff to ensure the smooth
execution of all camp activities including both summer camp
programming and off-season rentals.
Collaborate with volunteer deans to develop and implement engaging
camp programming and events.

Evaluate and improve camp programs based on feedback and best practices.

Assist in recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteer faculty
for various program.

Other Duties as needed and according to giftedness

Work alongside other staff members to ensure smooth operation of
camp programming. I.e. Food Service Manager, Office Manager,
Hospitality Manager.
Reports directly to the Camp Director

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in
camp management or program coordination.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and volunteers.
Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a
faith-based environment.
