POSITION OVERVIEW
The Center Director provides onsite leadership for a licensed child care center, overseeing daily operations, enrollment growth, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance. This role is hands‑on and highly visible, partnering closely with families, staff, and regional leadership to ensure a high‑quality, mission‑aligned program. Reporting to regional leadership, the Center Director plays a key role in fostering a positive culture, strong community engagement, and sustainable center performance.

- Oversee licensing, compliance, and adherence to applicable child care regulations and standards
- Recruit, develop, and manage onsite staff, fostering accountability and professional growth
- Partner with regional leadership to align center performance with organizational goals
- Serve as a visible leader to families, staff, and the broader community
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on Director experience within a licensed child care facility (required)
- Demonstrated success growing enrollment through operational leadership and family engagement
- Strong operational leadership background within early childhood education environments
- Deep understanding of licensing, compliance, and child care regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead onsite teams and manage day‑to‑day center operations
- Comfortable working fully onsite in a center‑based role (no remote option) – Travel to different centers is required.
- Annual salary of $72,000
- Full benefits package, including health coverage and paid time off
- Background check required due to work with children
