Advisor- Marketing Strategy

POSITION OVERVIEW

Provide strategic advisory support and advanced strategic planning capabilities while guiding strategic initiative execution and supporting strategic decision‑making across marketing functions.

• Develop advanced strategic recommendations for integrated marketing strategy optimization and competitive positioning initiatives.
• Provide strategic advisory support for complex market analysis, business case development, and strategic planning projects.
• Maintain responsibility for strategic framework development and methodology implementation across marketing functions.
• Establish advanced competitive intelligence and market research programs to inform strategic marketing decisions.
• Implement strategic performance measurement and ROI analysis frameworks for marketing initiative optimization.
• Drive strategic collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams on business growth initiatives.
• Support strategic mentoring and guidance for marketing strategists and strategic planning team development.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
• Perform other assignments (or duties) as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) years’ strategic marketing or business strategy experience.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Experience with advanced analytical frameworks and strategic methodology development.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent presentation and strategic communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing strategic planning capabilities in others.

• Must be able to travel.
