Regional Asset Manager
Wesley Living, a faith‑based non‑profit, has provided senior housing services since 1969. We seek an experienced, self‑motivated Regional Asset Manager to support seven senior living communities in the Memphis area.
Job Type: Full‑time |
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Work with community property managers to ensure all guidelines and expectations are met per policy.
- Motivate, develop, hire, and train team members as needed.
- Ensure communities meet operational, financial, and business goals, and all reporting is complete.
- Utilize property‑management software to provide timely reports to the Director of Housing regarding property performance.
- Multi‑site management experience preferred.

Requirements:
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 5+ years management experience.
- At least two housing‑related certifications (COS, CPO, SHCM, FHC, NAHP, NAHP‑e).
- Valid driver’s license.
