Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician 3 to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician 3, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Pay Range: $32 – $34 per hour

• Perform work involving multiple maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or building structures in repair.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, then reassemble equipment.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machines and building systems.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels, replacing filters and performing other maintenance actions following checklists.
• Use a variety of tools, including electrical and electronic testing devices, to diagnose and repair machinery malfunctions.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and checklists.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
