There is an opening for a Service Technician in the Memphis, TN supply center.
The qualified applicant will perform repairs and/or service work on customer equipment, rental and demo equipment as needed. Essential duties include providing technical assistance to customers regarding equipment and parts and assisting the sales team as needed. A minimum of 1 year service or mechanical experience is required. Must have a current, valid Driver's License with clean driving record. Must possess a High School diploma or GED.

Specific duties of the Service Technician position include:
Meet with incoming customers or sales personnel to discuss services required and/or equipment needs.Plan and facilitate service work based on customer's needs as well as rental and demo requirements.Complete follow through of repairs or service work performed, properly diagnose and repair units, keep a good working relationship with all customers and sales personnel.Perform quality inspections including the run‑up, final and pre‑delivery inspections as needed on new units.Be knowledgeable about equipment and parts in order to take calls from local/regional customers regarding parts and equipment.Assist the Shipping Department with pulling and packing parts orders.Travel required to repair customer equipment and/or rental units on job sites.Maintain work area in a clean orderly fashion and the equipment in good physical and mechanical condition.Project a positive attitude in the areas of safety, quality, interdepartment cooperation, and professionalism.Perform other duties as directed by manager.Must have and maintain a clean enough driving record per carrier requirements to be approved to drive a company vehicle.Must be able to work overtime when needed to complete required work.Any employment offer is contingent upon a pre‑employment drug test, background check, and MVR.
