Shipping & Inventory Coordinator

Amro Music, a cornerstone of the Memphis community since 1921, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

• Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of instruments, accessories, and supplies.
• Pack and label outbound shipments accurately so they reach their destination without damage.
• Collaborate closely with sales, repair, and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
• Adapt to daily challenges, coordinating with carriers and troubleshooting logistics as needed.

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination (1‑2 years preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with computer systems and inventory/shipping platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and updating records.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to support a legacy business.
