Overview
Creditors’ Rights Attorney — Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience assisting financial institutions through all aspects of commercial loan defaults, as well as loan restructuring and related litigation experience.
Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $110,000-$130,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
Responsibilities- Assist financial institutions through all aspects of commercial loan defaults.
- Provide loan restructuring guidance and handle related litigation as part of representation.
- Work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments; demonstrate strong project management skills.
- 2+ years’ experience in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, or related areas.
- Excellent academic credentials and high ethical standards.
- Strong writing, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong project management skills.
