We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will be eager to develop strong litigation and client-management skills while working closely with partners, staff, and clients. This position offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on experience, and opportunities for professional advancement.

• Manage a caseload under the supervision of senior attorneys
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and proceedings as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and staff
• Participate in case strategy, preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Maintain accurate and timely case records and billing entries
• Comply with all ethical and professional standards

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
• Litigation or relevant practice experience preferred, but not required
