Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview

Our law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join our team in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate should have a passion for litigation, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to provide outstanding legal services to our clients.

• Handle a variety of litigation matters including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Tennessee
• 1-10 years of experience in litigation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
