LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with the Nashville office of a highly regarded AmLaw firm to recruit an experienced healthcare liability litigator for the firm's medical malpractice defense group. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with healthcare liability defense litigation.

More experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply. Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Represent doctors, hospitals, and long term care industry clients in defense of malpractice and healthcare liability claims.
Conduct legal research and writing; draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court as necessary

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admission to Tennessee bar in good standing, or ability to become licensed in Tennessee
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
