The Senior Marketing Automations Specialist serves as a key individual contributor responsible for developing and executing automated marketing strategies across our multi-site consumer services organization. This role drives measurable business outcomes by designing, building, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns, segmentation frameworks, and performance analytics. The position requires precision, technical fluency, and a deep understanding of how automation systems support revenue generation and customer retention.

Job Duties
  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and lifecycle programs.
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into scalable automation workflows that drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Own campaign architecture, logic, and deployment schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all brands and markets.
  • Partner with leadership to align automation initiatives with broader marketing strategy and performance goals.
Campaign Operations & Quality Assurance

Oversee day-to-day campaign execution including build, testing, QA, and deployment of automated workflows. Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and operational standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on‑time delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve technical or data-related issues impacting campaign performance. Ensure flawless execution through disciplined QA processes and continuous optimization.

Advanced Segmentation & Personalization

Design and maintain advanced segmentation frameworks to support personalization, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey initiatives. Leverage customer data to create targeted, relevant messaging aligned to behavior, lifecycle stage, and business objectives. Continuously refine journey logic, cadence, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.

Analytics, Optimization & Performance Reporting

Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools to assess effectiveness against key performance indicators. Produce actionable insights and recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, cadence, and overall ROI. Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Use data to inform continuous improvement and support strategic marketing decisions.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with IT, data analytics, creative, and marketing stakeholders to support automation initiatives. Collaborate on system integrations, data integrity, creative execution, and technical dependencies to ensure campaigns function as designed. Act as a subject‑matter expert for marketing automation platforms and best practices.

Compliance & Data Governance

Ensure all marketing automation practices comply with applicable data privacy and marketing regulations including CAN‑SPAM and GDPR, as applicable. Maintain adherence to internal standards for data usage, consent management, and customer…
