Information Technology Analyst

We are seeking an early-career IT professional eager to grow in enterprise systems and business applications. This role provides hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service processes. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Support ERP and related applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system reliability.
• Collaborate with business teams and IT to align processes and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, configurations, and test plans.
• Participate in system testing, including unit testing and end-user validation.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Assist in system implementations, conversions, and reporting initiatives.
• Maintain professional communication with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of business analysis or IT support experience.
• 3+ years of application support and configuration experience.
• 3+ years of working with end-users to define business requirements.
• 2+ years of ERP experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
