Project Manager, IT Project Manager

IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role is critical for leading marketing initiatives with a blend of strategic planning and technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless communication across teams, and driving project success in a dynamic environment.

• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans focusing on scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies in support of the Marketing Division.
• Employ traditional and Agile project management frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, to deliver projects with speed and agility.
• Foster stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration to meet program goals.
• Track project metrics and performance using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet, providing transparency through dashboards and visual reports.
• Proactively manage risks and issues by collaborating with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

• Bachelor’s degree required + 4 years of Project Management experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc) with practical application beyond formal certification
• Versatile experience collaborating with Creative, Content, Production, Product, IT, and Analytics teams in a digital/creative setting
• Proven ability to manage projects using Jira and Smartsheet for tracking and reporting
• Excellent business writing, stakeholder management, process improvement, and public speaking skills
