Prompt Engineer

A company is looking for a Prompt Engineer to optimize production-grade LLM solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Design, refine, and maintain prompts for classification models to achieve target accuracy metrics Develop prompts for generative applications and perform systematic analysis of model outputs Collaborate with engineers and product teams to align prompts with model capabilities and define acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in QA, data analysis, technical writing, or a related role Proven hands-on experience in prompt engineering with measurable results Strong analytical thinking and ability to design tests based on model outputs Basic understanding of how LLMs work and familiarity with classification tasks Experience working with JSON and basic knowledge of regular expressions (regex)
