• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in SQL and project management methodologies

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• 3 - 5 years in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, or PMP
