Your Impact
  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
  • Implement security measures
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer, tablet, and phone problems
  • Vendor management
  • Install and update company software and hardware as needed
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating items. Manage the IT department budget.
What You Provide
  • Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming (Salesforce understanding is a plus.)

  • Practical communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Requirements
