- Configure, install, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and print servers.
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving them efficiently.
- Evaluate new desktop technologies, making recommendations to improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with management and users to select and implement hardware and software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of PC and printer configurations, installation, and maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise hardware and software issues in a professional setting.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor peers.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for staying up to date on emerging desktop technologies.

Monday – Friday – Daytime Hours

Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Working knowledge of various PC software packages and operating systems required. Working knowledge of PC hardware components required.
License/CertificationRelevant hardware or software certification preferred. Valid in‑state driver’s license required.
ExperienceThree years related experience required, including PC repair, troubleshooting and configuration, and reading hardware diagrams.
