As the Quality Systems Coordinator
, you will serve as the primary expert and steward of our centralized specifications and quality systems. This role is critical to ensuring product data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization. You will partner closely with cross?functional teams to support specifications throughout their lifecycle—from development through final approval—and provide hands?on training and guidance to system users. You will also act as the back?up

system administrator, helping to ensure uninterrupted system performance and data integrity.

• Ensure data integrity: Maintain accurate, complete, and high?quality product and specification data to support assigned manufacturing plants and business needs.
• Partner cross?functionally: Collaborate with product development, suppliers, procurement, quality assurance, and other stakeholders throughout the product commercialization process.
• Manage specifications: Enter, review, and maintain raw material and finished product specifications in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
• Centralize documentation: Manage and organize supporting technical and quality documentation within a centralized repository to ensure accessibility and traceability.
• Promote consistency: Champion and enforce best practices for quality systems and specifications management across all business segments.
• Support customer needs: Research and respond to customer requests for technical and product information through multiple customer portals.
• Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system efficiency, and strengthen quality data governance.
• Provide system support: Serve as back?up to the system administrator, assisting with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support as needed.
• Adapt and contribute: Support additional projects and responsibilities as required to meet team and organizational objectives.
