Infra Delivery Install Technicians will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, troubleshoot complex technical scenarios, and implement strategic solutions that keep our network running seamlessly. AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. NOTE:

Lump sum stipend will be provided to eligible candidates who relocate for this position.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
• Work in an environment that operates 24/7, with participation in primary responder rotation and after‑hours support as needed.
• Work in cramped, elevated, and/or noisy environments.
• Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation.

• Move and implement large enterprise equipment.
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patch cables between equipment.
• Ensure proper safety and security standards are maintained during cabling and rack installation.
• Follow well‑established hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities.
• Safely use material handling tools and equipment.
• Travel within and outside the regional work area as required.

• Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers.
• 18+ months of experience in a data center or critical environment or similar technical roles (e.g., computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, data center operations).
• 18+ months of experience with network cabling, optic types, and test equipment (VFL, power meter, OTDR, etc.).

• Experience in a data center or other critical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience in an IT‑related field (e.g., computer science, network engineering).
• Certifications in a relevant field (CCENT, Network+, CCNA).
• Behavioral interviewing and hiring experience.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule including days, nights, and/or weekends.

USA, VA, Chantilly – 30.00 – 54.00 USD hourly.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
