A non‑profit organization is looking to fill the 10am opening on their Service Desk Team. They are seeking a mid‑level resource to provide 100% virtual support for their customers. Day‑to‑day breakdown: 60% answering calls and 40% handling daily tasks, service queues, project work, and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications
6 am or 7 am shift
The manager is looking for someone who has great customer service skills and who is self‑sufficient, as they will be the only support during the night shift.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr.
