End User Support Specialist; Network Operations

Under the direction of Global Manager, Network Operations, and in consultation with Regional Manager, Network Infrastructure, the SNS Operations Analyst will be involved with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, monitoring and implementation of network infrastructure within a global environment. The primary focus of this role will be to provide network support to the Raymond James branches. This role is customer focused in support of the SDWAN infrastructure (Palo Alto ION), UPS, Wireless (Cisco), and user connectivity.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years networking background with general administration, troubleshooting and design skills. Our client is looking for someone who is willing to expand their skill set and can take ownership of tasks assigned.

• BS Degree or equivalent

• The role is for onsite/hybrid only 2-3 days per week in Memphis and Tampa, FL
• The role is considered Tier 2 tech support focusing on the networking related technologies listed in the job spec (WAN, wireless, FW, etc.)
• The manager prefers someone who is a quick learner and eager to learn more technologies versus just having extensive years of experience
• The role has a chance of flipping to an FTE after the contract period assuming strong performance and value to the team
• Need customer service first focus with excellent business communication skills both verbal and written.
