Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician skilled in servicing, troubleshooting, programming, and testing enterprise security systems. This role supports commercial customers across access control, IP video, intrusion systems, and visitor management platforms. Technicians will troubleshoot and program networked systems both onsite and through remote access, depending on the issue.

This position requires strong customer service skills, comfort working in client-facing environments, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.

• Service, troubleshoot, and program access control, IP camera systems, intrusion systems, and commercial alarm platforms.
• Work with networked video and access control systems; perform remote and onsite diagnostics.
• Test, repair, and verify system performance across multiple security technologies.
• Support IoT-enabled security devices and connected systems.
• Provide customer-facing technical support with professionalism and clear communication.
• Document service activities, system changes, and recommendations.

Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay range: $30.00 – $38.00/hr.
