The Field Service Technician is the frontline of Videojet’s customer interaction through daily service and support. In this entrepreneurial role, you operate from home and commute to some of the world’s largest manufacturing companies. You will support sales growth by discussing service agreements and new products, while delivering the highest quality of customer satisfaction. You will install, repair, and maintain our highly advanced industrial equipment at customer sites.

• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel (initial training requires consecutive weeks in Wood Dale, including weekends)
• Up to two years of technical experience
• Basic computer/technical skills (email, software, phone apps, Microsoft Word)
• Compliance with PPE, safety and registration requirements of customers
• Ability to perform and/or tolerate all physical requirements of the job, with or without accommodation

US ONLY: The compensation range for this role is $28.00 - $30.00 USD per hour and is eligible for Bonus Pay. We may pay more or less than the posted range. Benefits include paid time off and medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) for eligible employees. Details on pay, bonuses, and benefits are at the Company’s sole discretion and may be modified.
