:
We are seeking a hands‑on Data Center Technician or Desktop Support Specialist to support our onsite IT operations in Memphis. The ideal candidate will be experienced with hardware installations, troubleshooting, and end‑user support.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and peripherals
- Perform routine hardware checks and resolve equipment issues
- Support local users with hardware/software problems
- Maintain inventory and follow ESD and data center safety protocols
- 2+ years in a technical support or data center role
- Strong knowledge of hardware components and Windows OS
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move hardware as needed
