Responsibilities- Conduct complex data analysis and statistical modeling to support district and initiative KPIs, utilizing data science languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
- Perform quality assurance testing on large‑scale data sets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used for decision‑making and reporting.
- Develop and maintain automated data processing workflows and reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual data handling errors.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and departments to gather data requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Support the development and reporting of key district KPIs in conjunction with the Manager, other team members, and district leadership.
- Create clear, accurate, and accessible data visualizations and reports that communicate complex findings to diverse audiences including administrators, educators, and stakeholders.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timely completion of analytical components.
- Conduct quantitative analysis on diverse data sources across multiple functional areas to support evidence‑based decision making.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, statistics, mathematics, data science, social sciences, or related field.
- Three (3) years of related experience in data analysis or performance measurement, or a combination totaling seven (7) years when paired with a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with statistical software (R preferred).
- Large dataset management and data quality assurance skills (required).
- Experience in educational settings or public sector (preferred).
- Master’s degree in education, statistics, data science, data analytics, or related field (preferred).
- Proof of education, training, and/or experience is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years plus required years of experience.
- Master’s Degree = 2 years plus required years of experience.
- Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
