Lead SAPCRM Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Lead SAPCRM Consultant who will contribute to multiple phases of the consulting lifecycle. The role involves business process consulting, solution definition, development configuration, deployment, team guidance, proposal development, client training, internal capability building, and scope detailing. You will shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Position is based in Memphis; travel and/or relocation may be required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience leading the SAP CRM workstream for implementations, upgrades, and support projects; primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SAP CRM consultants, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, scope documents, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, business requirement gathering sessions, and design discussions with key business users.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP CRM solutions, including but not limited to:
    • Sales:
      Account and Contact Management, Activity Management, Opportunity Management, Quotation and Order Management.
    • Service:
      Service Request and Order Management, Complaints and Returns Management, Service Contracts.
    • Marketing:
      Campaign Management, Lead Management, Marketing Analytics.
    • Interaction Center (IC):
      Agent Desktop Scripting and Call Handling.
    • Web UI (User Interface):
      Configuration and enhancements.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP CRM solutions to meet complex business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Prepare and deliver training materials and conduct end‑user training sessions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing effective SAP solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis and create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., SAP ECC / S/4

    HANA SD FI‑CO MM) to ensure seamless integration and business process flow.
  • Work closely with ABAP developers and Basis teams to validate technical designs and ensure the final solution meets functional requirements.
  • Provide post‑go‑live support and troubleshooting, ensuring stability and performance of the SAP system.
Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP CRM consulting engagements across the full consulting lifecycle.
  • Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and proposal development.
  • Perform business process consulting and solution design.
  • Assume responsibility for configuration, testing, training, and post‑implementation support.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders through telephone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.
