We are hiring! We are looking for a Junior Systems Administrator that will support our MIDS Data Center in Memphis, TN. This role is onsite with on‑call rotation.

• Work with site lead and take direction for daily activities.
• Perform coordination of associated activities for facilities management and material/equipment handling; must work on‑site at a customer data center in Memphis,through.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, or fulfill requests/change orders/problem tickets.
• Complete site audits and report to the Hardware Asset Manager.
• Maintain infrastructure rack and power diagrams and make reports as needed.
• May serve as backup.
• While performing the duties of this job, the resource is frequently required to handle: reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl.
• The employee may also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.
• Build out racks and place servers and network hardware in racks, connecting cables, power and configuring iLO ports for management access.

• 2 years with BS/BA or 6 years with no degree.
• Experience with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles and theories providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity.
• Experience with a հեռ data center and installing equipment, IT components.
  
  Experience with servers, SAN, cabling, VM a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office:
  Word,.Part Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Experience with SNOW or other ITSM tools.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Agency Clearance.

• Active MBI clearance.

Target Salary Range: $51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by factors including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Employees may beesterol for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
