A growing Memphis client is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and data governance in a highly regulated environment. This is a strategic, high-visibility leadership role partnering with Commercial, Clinical, Compliance, Finance, IT, and Operations.

What You’ll Do

• Own the enterprise reporting & analytics strategy
• Lead BI dashboards, KPIs, and insights across the organization
• Champion data governance, quality, and master data
• Lead and develop a high‑performing analytics team
• Balance speed, automation, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in BI/analytics; 5+ years leading teams
• Experience in pharma, life sciences, or regulated environments
• Strong executive presence and cross‑functional influence
• Hands‑on with Power BI/Tableau, SQL, data warehouses
