Required
Education:
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Information Systems or Management strongly preferred.
- Proven hands‑on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and ETL.
- Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including five (5) years of systems and development experience and three (3) years supervisory or project management experience.
- Detailed knowledge of PL/SQL & Oracle Database development.
- Detailed knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL run‑time improvement.
- Detailed knowledge of Near Real Time Oracle ETL processes is a plus.
- Experience in ETL PL/SQL development is a plus.
- Experience in documenting ETL Technical Design is a plus.
- Manage activities associated with software development in a business environment; responsible for management and development activities for a group, section, or product; conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and establish and implement applications, systems, and programs.
- Apply IT knowledge and experience to solve complex and constantly evolving technology challenges in an energetic, entrepreneurial culture.

- Manage software development team(s) and activities associated with project development/implementation.
- Assist in projecting software and hardware requirements across multiple platforms and technologies; display strong depth of knowledge in specific business subject areas.
- Responsible for feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new or revised applications, systems, and programs.
- Consult with and direct colleagues in other information systems sections to coordinate activities.
- Prepare and provide activity and progress reports to management regarding the activities of the application systems and the programming section.
- Manage development colleagues, including answering questions, setting priorities, establishing goals, and meeting deadlines.
- Responsible for managing timely deliverables for assigned projects; serve in the role of project manager as assigned; ensure all projects follow Client software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Define projects through research and discussions or meetings with corporate management, business partners, and clients.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity.
- Have thorough knowledge of systems and development, and project management.
